Refund and Return Policy – Le Monaco d’Amérique Store
The purchase of our products (formerly known as rewards) provides essential support for the production of the documentary Le Monaco d’Amérique | Mémoires de circuits.
Our policy is designed to ensure that we can keep as much money as possible for the project, thereby ensuring the preservation of this collective and family heritage.
- Refund Policy (Final Sales)
Due to the nature of this funding (support for film production), all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
• Allocation of Funds: The amounts paid are quickly allocated to development and production costs, including transportation, accommodation, and food for international shoots, and the release of archive usage rights. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations for a change of mind after purchase.
• Production Challenges: The documentary relies on these funds to carry out urgent tasks, such as collecting testimonials from elderly individuals before they pass away. - Returns and Exchanges of Physical Products
Our physical products are limited edition collectibles (e.g., unpublished photos from the Gilles Villeneuve Archives, Impressions Mémoire 1957). Our team is committed to managing the complex logistics of production, quality control, and distribution to ensure that the material is signed on time and shipped without damage.
a) Damaged products
If your physical item arrives damaged:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing clear photographic evidence of the damage to the product and the shipping packaging.
• We will assess whether a replacement can be made. Since some items are unique collectibles (e.g., signed photo by Vittorio Brambilla) or part of a limited edition of no more than 10 copies, an exchange or replacement with an identical item may not be possible.
• In the event that a replacement is not possible, another item of equivalent value will be offered. No monetary refunds will be given.
b) Restriction of Use (Non-compliance)
Please note that all physical and digital items (Collection Books – Photo Books, Prints, etc.) are for personal use only. Reproduction and sale are strictly prohibited. Any non-compliance with these conditions implicitly cancels any right of return or exchange.
- Cancellation of Virtual Access or Experiences
Access purchases (digital or event-based) are services that secure your place or viewing rights and are therefore non-refundable.
• Virtual access to the film: Access is provided via a dedicated code and no public screenings are permitted.
- World premiere: Seating is limited to 220 for the event scheduled for fall 2026. Purchase guarantees your place at this intimate and exclusive event.
• Circuit tour: This exclusive activity is subject to precise logistical planning in 2026.
By purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree that your investment is crucial to the financing and preservation of the history of the Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières.
